Our client Riphah International University is looking for a Training Coordinator \- Teacher Development Programs in Lahore Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Executive \- Teacher's Training to plan, organize, and coordinate teacher training programs and workshops that enhance educators' professional skills. This role involves supporting trainers in delivering engaging and effective instructional content, managing schedules, and maintaining essential documentation such as training records and participant performance data. The position requires close communication with schools, trainers, and participants to ensure smooth execution of academic and professional development activities that align with the university's standards. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field and possesses 3\-4 years of relevant experience in administrative or training coordination roles. Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are essential for managing multiple training sessions and supporting varied activities including sports, culinary workshops, competitions, and industry engagement events. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the individual plays a critical role in collaborating with management and industry partners to support training and placement efforts while maintaining high standards of safety and discipline during activities. **Responsibilities** * Plan, organize, and facilitate sports and physical activities for students and participants, ensuring safety and discipline at all times. * Assist in the development, planning, and execution of teacher training programs and workshops that meet educational objectives. * Coordinate training schedules, sessions, and participant registrations to ensure efficient operations and maximum participation. * Support trainers in delivering effective instructional content by managing learning materials and providing logistical assistance. * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date training records, attendance logs, and performance data to monitor participant progress. * Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, participant feedback, and overall program effectiveness for stakeholders. * Communicate regularly with schools, trainers, and participants to provide updates, manage expectations, and address concerns promptly. * Organize and coordinate culinary workshops, competitions, and industry engagement activities to enhance participant experience and professional development. * Collaborate with management and industry partners to facilitate training placements and ensure alignment with organizational goals. * Prepare departmental reports, schedules, and performance evaluations to support continuous improvement of training programs. * Ensure compliance with quality assurance protocols in training and maintain high standards of academic and professional development activities.
