Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interaction.

- Address and resolve customer complaints, disputes, and conflicts with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to ensure customer requirements are met and issues are resolved effectively.
- Provide clear, accurate, and detailed product and service information to customers and dealers.
- Manage multiple customer requests and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and report recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
- Use problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Engage in public speaking and presentations as needed to represent the company and support dealer communications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist customers confidently.
