Recruit AI seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) fresh graduate to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in the freight forwarding and logistics industry by responding promptly to customer inquiries and coordinating shipment updates. As a CSR, you will work closely with various stakeholders including shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and cooperate well within a team environment.
The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline and exhibit a keen interest in logistics and customer service. Experience in customer service, marketing, or logistics is advantageous but not essential. You will support sales and marketing teams by generating leads and assisting in preparing quotations, proposals, and service documentation. Attention to detail, organizational skill, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are fundamental. Although this role does not require managing a team, the ability to work independently and contribute effectively to the team is essential.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively regarding freight forwarding and logistics services.
- Coordinate with customers to provide timely shipment updates and follow up on service requests.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and other service-related documentation.
- Communicate regularly with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to facilitate smooth operations.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives to identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Maintain accurate customer records and operational reports to ensure up-to-date information is available for all stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that enhance loyalty and retention.
- Demonstrate organizational skills by managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing work efficiently.
