Our client Rozee is looking for a Lead Management \& Customer Support Specialist in Lahore

Rozee is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join the Digital Marketing and Lead Management department. This full-time, on-site position based in Lahore focuses on managing and qualifying leads generated through various digital marketing channels. The successful candidate will conduct outbound calls, qualify incoming inquiries, maintain lead databases, and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who enjoy engaging with customers and play a vital role in supporting business growth through effective lead management.

The Customer Support Representative works closely with the sales and technical teams to distribute qualified leads and track their progress. The representative maintains accurate records, generates reports, and coordinates activities with the digital marketing team to ensure seamless lead flow and campaign support. This role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing and converting leads while maintaining professional customer interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and online platforms to ensure prompt follow-up and conversion.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to engage potential customers and qualify leads according to business criteria.
  • Assess incoming inquiries and qualify leads to route them effectively to the appropriate sales or technical teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead tracking sheets, CRM records, and performance logs to support lead management activities.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth lead flow and the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Follow up regularly on pending leads to update statuses and maximize lead conversion opportunities.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on lead activities, conversion rates, and follow-up progress to provide insights for team decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication by responding to customer inquiries and maintaining high customer interaction standards.
  • Support administrative tasks related to lead management, including data entry, record-keeping, and coordination between departments.
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and effective communication during all customer interactions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle data management tasks, including spreadsheet handling and updating lead databases using MS Excel or similar tools.
  • Support the digital marketing team by providing feedback and insights related to lead trends and customer engagement.
