Our client Recruit AI is looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Controls \& Compliance in Lahore

Recruit AI seeks an experienced Senior Manager specializing in Internal Controls and Compliance within the textile industry. This role requires a Chartered Accountant finalist with a minimum of 15 years of experience in risk assessment, internal audit, and regulatory compliance. The candidate must possess a thorough understanding of process improvement and governance frameworks tailored to textile sector operations. The position involves overseeing risk management frameworks, ensuring adherence to legal and industry standards, and protecting the companys assets and reputation through meticulous audit and compliance measures.

Although not currently managing a team, this role demands strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities to effectively coordinate audit activities and regulatory compliance efforts. The successful candidate applies deep analytical skills to develop comprehensive audit plans, evaluate regulatory impacts, and drive continuous improvements in internal controls. Strong communication skills are essential to liaise with regulatory bodies and promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify operational, financial, and compliance risks specific to the textile sector.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a risk management framework that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead internal audit activities across all business functions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

  • Apply financial analysis and reporting skills to support audit activities and improve transparency in reporting processes.
