Our client **HR Business Solutions** is looking for **Sales and Marketing** in **Lahore.** **About the Role:** We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales \& Marketing Manager with a solid background in the security industry to lead our Sales \& Marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening market presence, and expanding the company's reach in both local and international markets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and manage the Sales \& Marketing Department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and overall business strategy. * Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share both locally and internationally. * Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and agents. * Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals * Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market developments * Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management * Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role * Strong knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies * Excellent leadership and team management skills * Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/sales tools (CRM systems)
