Daily Bookkeeping** * Record all sales, purchases, and expenses * Maintain cash book, bank book \& general ledgers **2\. Receivables \& Payables Management** * Track customer payments \& outstanding balances * Manage vendor payments * Follow up on overdue receivables **3\. Inventory / Stock Control** * Maintain accurate stock in/out records * Perform physical vs system stock reconciliation * Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) **4\. Banking \& Cash Handling** * Perform bank reconciliation * Monitor cash flow, cash in hand \& bank balances **5\. Invoicing \& Billing** * Generate sales invoices * Maintain proper transaction documentation **6\. Financial Reporting** * Prepare Profit \& Loss Statements * Track weekly \& monthly financial performance * Provide insights to help management make decisions **7\. Tax \& Compliance** * Handle Sales Tax / GST returns * Prepare data for Income Tax filing * Ensure compliance with local laws \& regulations **8\.
