**About The Company** Our client is a growing Saudi\-based startup with operations in Lahore, focused on building high\-performing teams in a dynamic software development environment. **Job Overview** We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Manager who will also oversee administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end\-to\-end HR operations along with ensuring smooth day\-to\-day administrative activities. **Key Responsibilities** **Human Resources:** * Manage full\-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition * Develop and implement HR policies and procedures * Handle employee onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives * Maintain employee records and HR documentation * Oversee performance management processes * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies * Manage payroll coordination and benefits administration **Administration:** * Oversee office administration and facility management * Manage vendor relations and office supplies * Ensure smooth daily office operations * Maintain a safe and efficient work environment **Requirements** * Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in HR and at least one year in HR \& Administration * Prior experience in a software house is highly preferred * Professional English communication skills (spoken \& written) are mandatory * Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem\-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast\-paced startup environment * Candidates residing in Wapda Town or nearby areas will be preferred **Compensation \& Benefits** * Gross Salary: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 * Provident Fund * Daily Lunch
