Our client Grand Islamabad Hotel/Havana Terraces is looking for a Restaurant Operations Manager in Islamabad
The Restaurant Manager at Grand Islamabad Hotel Havana Terraces leads day-to-day operations to deliver excellent dining experiences. This role demands expertise in managing a team of 20 staff members, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality customer service. The manager oversees inventory control, food safety compliance, budgeting, and staff scheduling to optimize operational efficiency and profitability. With at least five years of experience in renowned restaurants, this position requires strong leadership to maintain standards in all aspects of restaurant management.
Responsibilities Direct and supervise restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to maintain efficient operations and excellent service quality.
Manage inventory through regular stock auditing and maintain inventory control systems to reduce waste and control costs. Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly followed to guarantee customer health and safety.
Develop and monitor the restaurant budget, control costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Oversee the use of Point of Sale (POS) systems to track sales and manage daily transactions accurately.
Maintain quality control across food preparation, presentation, and service to meet brand standards. Address customer feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and build a strong customer base.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of stock and negotiate pricing to maximize profitability. Implement staff development programs to foster a motivated and skilled team environment.
Analyze sales reports and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic plans for growth and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations relating to restaurant operations, including labor laws and health codes.
