Job Description
**Job Summary** Our client **Gwadar Central Head Office** seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical **planning engineer** to support the successful execution of real estate development projects. The role involves developing, monitoring, and optimizing project plans, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost\-effective project delivery. The **ideal candidate** will be a graduate of UET (University of Engineering \& Technology, Pakistan) with 4–5 years of relevant experience in project planning within the construction or real estate sector. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6 / MS Project) * Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders * Monitor project progress and analyze variances between planned and actual performance * Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S\-curves * Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies to avoid delays * Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution * Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and cost control * Track material procurement and ensure timely availability for project execution * Perform site visits to ensure adherence to schedules and project timelines * Analyze project data to improve planning efficiency and future forecasting * Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory—preferably UET graduate) * 4–5 years of experience in project planning within real estate / construction industry * Strong understanding of project lifecycle, construction processes, and scheduling techniques * Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus **Skills:** * Proficiency in Project Planning, Scheduling, Resource Allocation, and Cost Estimation. * Strong understanding and practical application of risk management principles. * Demonstrated experience with planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. * Familiarity with AutoCAD for reviewing project designs and layouts. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. * Expertise in creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and applying the Critical Path Method (CPM). * Proven ability in Progress Tracking and performance monitoring. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem\-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. **What We Offer** * **Position Type:** This is a **permanent** , full\-time role. * **Compensation:** We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. * **Benefits:** A comprehensive and competitive benefits package is provided. * **Work Environment:** Join a collaborative and supportive onsite work environment that fosters professional growth and development.
