**Job Description** Our client **Rehman Habib Consultant** seeker a **Civil 3D Drafter/BIM Modeller** in Lahore Pakistan **About the Role:** Rehman Habib Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented  **Civil 3D Drafter / BIM Modeller**  to support civil infrastructure projects involving  **structures, utilities, grading systems** . The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, sound drafting and modelling skills, and the ability to produce accurate engineering documentation in line with project and CAD standards. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with engineers, surveyors, and project managers in delivering high\-quality infrastructure models and drawings for local and international projects. **Technical Expertise \& Professional Attributes:** The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting and BIM modelling of civil infrastructure works, including both  **utilities**  and  **structural components** , such as: * Grading and drainage plans * Surfaces, alignments, profiles, and corridors * Stormwater and sanitary sewer systems * Pipe networks and plan/profile production * Water distribution and pressure networks * Cross\-sections and quantity take\-offs * Structural / solid modelling for Culverts, bridges, aqueducts, siphons, and drainage structures * Labeling, annotation, and drawing presentation in accordance with project standards * Managing Civil 3D \& Revit data shortcuts and multi\-user project workflows * Coordination with GIS and other modelling / visualization platforms where required Candidates must demonstrate advanced knowledge of  **Civil 3D, Revit**  and  **AutoCAD** . Familiarity with visualization and collaboration tools such as  **Navisworks, InfraWorks, and BIM 360**  will be preferred. A strong understanding of CAD standards, template management, drawing set production, and interdisciplinary coordination is essential. The ideal candidate should also possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, time management ability, and a collaborative mindset to work independently and within project teams.
