Role Description The On Site - Agent Customer Services (English Speaking) - Night Shift role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. In this role, the agent will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information and solutions. Daily tasks include resolving issues, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring timely follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction. The agent will collaborate with team members to improve service processes and escalate complex issues when necessary. This position requires consistent night shift availability and a commitment to delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support experience
- Ability to focus on Customer Satisfaction and deliver a positive Customer Experience
- Experience working in roles as Customer Service Representatives or similar positions
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Comfort with night shift work and on-site presence in Lahore
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when handling customer queries
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with customer support tools or CRM systems
- Previous experience in call centers or customer contact centers is an advantage
