Role Description The On Site - Call Support Agent (Customer Care - English Speaking) - Night Shift is a full-time role based at our Lahore office. In this position, the agent handles inbound and outbound customer calls, listens carefully to customer concerns, and provides accurate information and solutions in English. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting basic technical or service issues, updating customer records, following up on unresolved queries, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy. The agent collaborates with colleagues and supervisors to escalate complex cases, contributes to customer satisfaction targets, and adheres to scheduled night shift hours and established call center procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem resolution.
- Ability to provide Technical Support for routine issues and follow clear procedures for escalations.
- Effective Communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, identify patterns, and propose practical solutions.
- Prior experience in call centers or customer service roles, ideally in a night shift environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Lahore and adhering to rotating or fixed night shift schedules.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or call management systems.
- Minimum high school diploma; further education in business, communication, or related fields is an advantage.
