Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Agent (English Speaking) role based in Lahore, working primarily on night shifts. The Customer Service Agent will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate information in English. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries, documenting interactions in internal systems, following established procedures, and escalating complex issues when needed. The role also involves maintaining high service standards, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty, and collaborating with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction levels.
- Experience in Customer Support and handling Customer Service Representatives’ tasks or similar roles.
- Skills in creating positive Customer Experience and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with clear pronunciation and professional tone.
- Comfort with night shift work schedules and on-site office environment in Lahore.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems, CRM or ticketing tools, and data entry.
- Problem-solving mindset, patience, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in call centers or customer-facing roles is preferred; relevant education or training in communication or business is an advantage.
Salary Range: 50K to 100K
