Job Description

This is a role for a commercially\-minded lawyer where you will own end\-to\-end enterprise negotiations, shape how a scaling legal function operates, and be a true partner to Sales, Product, Security, and Finance.

Head of Legal, Risk \& Compliance
**What you'll do:**
→ Lead commercial SaaS contracting (MSAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs)
→ Own enterprise\-level negotiations from start to finish
→ Advise on IP, data privacy, and cross\-border data transfers
→ Draft and maintain modern, plain\-language templates and policies
→ Build a deep understanding of the product and the tech landscape
→ Streamline legal operations as the business scales globally
**What they're looking for:**
✔ Qualified lawyer, 5\+ years PQE
✔ Commercial contracting experience (SaaS/tech a strong plus)
✔ Privacy/data protection exposure
✔ Practical, solutions\-first mindset
✔ Strong communicator comfortable with non\-legal stakeholders
