Legal Counsel

**Legal Counsel \| Abu Dhabi \| Energy / Oil \& Gas** An established energy business in Abu Dhabi is seeking a **Legal Counsel** to join its in\-house legal team. This is a broad and varied role, reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel and offering exposure to corporate, commercial, contractual, litigation and regulatory matters. You’ll be supporting a busy legal function on matters including: * Contract review and negotiation. * Bid documentation, bank guarantees and performance bonds. * External litigation and labour\-related matters. * Government, licensing and compliance work. * Legal support across internal stakeholders and business teams. We’re looking for a lawyer with around **4\-7 years’ experience** , ideally gained in a law firm and/or in\-house, with strong grounding in **corporate/commercial** . **Experience in energy, oil \& gas or another large industrial environment would be an advantage** , **English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.** Based in **Abu Dhabi** , with a preference for candidates already local.
