**Legal Counsel \- Commercial/IT** **London** **3\-5 PQE** **Fintech** **Hybrid working** A high‑growth fintech in the pensions space is hiring a Legal Counsel to support its expanding platform‑as‑a‑service (PaaS) offering. You’ll join a growing in‑house team, taking ownership of day‑to‑day commercial and procurement contracts and working closely with senior stakeholders. **The Role:** Working within a well\-structured, experienced team, you will: * Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, including NDAs, supplier (IT and non‑IT) and technology agreements. * Support on PaaS contracts with platform clients and help embed scalable contracting approaches. * Provide **business‑focused** legal advice in a fast‑paced, growth environment and support legal operations, templates and playbooks. * Deliver practical legal training and act as a go‑to adviser for commercial contracting issues. **The Person:** You’ll have 3–5 PQE in commercial contracts (private practice and/or in‑house) and a pragmatic, proactive mindset with an interest in fintech. The role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the London office, a short walk from Marble Arch.
