Legal Counsel

We’re working with a technology group on a Legal Counsel opportunity based in Austin, Texas. This is a rare opportunity to gain broad, high\-impact experience early in your career, with direct exposure to senior leadership. You’ll work closely with the General Counsel for Product \& Regulatory and the Head of Legal from day one, owning meaningful work, contributing to strategic decisions, and building the foundation for a long\-term legal career. **Responsibilities** * Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, evaluation agreements, and data licenses * Provide product and regulatory legal counsel in partnership with senior leadership * Support and contribute across core in\-house legal functions, including legal operations * Own and optimize high\-volume legal processes to drive efficiency and scalability * Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance legal impact * Collaborate cross\-functionally with teams across the business **Qualifications** * 1–3 years of post\-JD legal experience * JD from a U.S. law school and active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction * Based in Austin, TX, or willing to relocate
