Our client Recruit AI is looking for a Lead Management and Customer Support Specialist in Lahore

Recruit AI is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join the Digital Marketing team. The ideal candidate will manage and qualify leads generated through digital marketing channels, engage potential customers through outbound calls, maintain lead databases, and ensure timely follow-up and lead distribution to the appropriate sales and technical teams. This role requires strong communication skills and a passion for supporting business growth through effective lead management. The position offers an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates or those with up to two years of relevant experience to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

The Customer Support Representative is responsible for maintaining professional communication standards, coordinating with digital marketing to support campaign efforts, and generating reports on lead activity and conversion progress. The role does not include team management but requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth lead flow and efficient follow-up. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently and collaboratively to contribute to the companys success.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and online platforms.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to engage potential customers effectively.
  • Qualify incoming inquiries based on predefined criteria and business requirements.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or technical teams for further action.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead tracking sheets, CRM records, and performance logs.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth lead flow and provide campaign support.
  • Follow up regularly on pending leads and update lead statuses in the system.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports on lead activity, follow-up effectiveness, and conversion progress.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communications.
  • Support administrative and operational tasks related to lead management activities, including data entry and record keeping.
  • Ensure all lead management processes comply with company policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance lead qualification and conversion strategies.
  • Utilize CRM tools efficiently to track opportunities and maintain the integrity of customer information.
  • Stay current on digital marketing trends and customer engagement techniques to improve interaction quality and lead conversion rates.
