Our client Quarks is looking for a Key Account Manager in Lahore Quarks is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager with at least five years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the advertising and content industry and will be responsible for managing key client accounts to drive business growth and enhance customer retention. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Although this position does not involve team management, the Key Account Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in account management and business development to maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for growth. You will play a crucial part in crafting compelling presentations and marketing materials, utilizing your skills in technical writing, business writing, and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint. Your command of the English language, including grammar and drafting abilities, will be essential in creating clear and persuasive content that supports sales efforts and enhances client engagement. **Responsibilities** * Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long\-term customer satisfaction and retention. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving revenue targets and business growth. * Collaborate with advertising, PR, and content teams to create tailored solutions that meet client objectives. * Prepare and deliver high\-quality presentations and proposals using Microsoft PowerPoint and other tools. * Produce clear and concise written materials including technical documents, business communications, and marketing collateral. * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and services to clients. * Maintain thorough knowledge of the advertising and content industry to provide informed advice and support to clients. * Utilize excellent English language skills for drafting contracts, reports, and client communications. * Track account performance metrics and report regularly to senior management to inform strategic planning.
