Our client ARAR Group is looking for a HR Management Trainee in Lahore Join ARAR Group as a Management Trainee Officer in Human Resources, where you will embark on a comprehensive learning journey to develop foundational HR expertise. This role suits recent graduates with a Bachelor of Business Administration or a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, who are eager to launch their careers in HR. You will engage in various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, compensation and benefits, and managing HR information systems. As a Management Trainee Officer, you will receive hands\-on experience and training that cultivates your abilities to support the HR department effectively, without immediate team management Responsibilities At ARAR Group, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced HR professionals and participate in projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational development. This position demands high motivation and a commitment to learning, enabling you to understand HR best practices and contribute to the companys talent management strategies. Your focus will be on supporting recruitment efforts, processing employee benefits, maintaining accurate HR records, and assisting with administrative tasks that support smooth HR operations. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates. * Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant. * Maintain and update employee records accurately in the Human Resource Information System to ensure data integrity. * Contribute to the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll support and benefits enrollment. * Participate in HR projects that aim to improve talent acquisition strategies and employee retention. * Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely completion of HR policies and procedures documentation. * Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions to foster a positive workplace culture. * Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations in all HR\-related activities. * Prepare HR reports and perform analysis to support strategic decision\-making within the HR department.
