Expert Support Center, a leading and rapidly expanding pest control firm headquartered in Dubai, UAE, is seeking dedicated Call Center Agents to join its new offshore support and dispatch hub in Multan. This role involves delivering an exceptional international customer experience by efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer inquiries, and managing service requests. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team, working closely with a group of four colleagues to ensure seamless communication and support for our clients worldwide. This position requires at least two years of experience in a customer service environment, excellent communication skills in fluent English, and proficiency with basic computer and typing skills.
The Call Center Agent will play an essential role in bridging customers and company services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships through professional and effective call handling techniques. The role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration in managing customer issues promptly and accurately while demonstrating a customer-oriented approach. Agents will be responsible for managing their teams daily operations under supervisory guidance, contributing to the smooth functioning of the offshore hub.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently to provide exceptional customer service.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly while maintaining a positive and courteous attitude.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to document and follow up on customer interactions and ensure accurate data recording.
- Collaborate closely with a small team of four agents to manage daily call center operations and share best practices.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the companys pest control services to provide accurate information and effective support.
- Communicate clearly in fluent English, ensuring all customer communications are understandable and professional.
- Use basic computer applications and typing skills to update customer records, track case progress, and support dispatch operations.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning initiatives to enhance personal skills and support organizational growth.
- Assist in monitoring team performance and contribute feedback to supervisors to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements while safeguarding customer confidentiality and data security.
