Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, health and safety, compensation and benefits, training, payroll, and employee records. Reporting directly to the President, this role is responsible for executing the organization’s HR strategy and ensuring that all HR programs, policies, and initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Lead full\-cycle recruitment across the organization * Design and implement performance management processes and systems * Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations * Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies aligned with performance and retention goals * Oversee the HR budget, ensuring effective and strategic resource allocation * Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives using data and feedback to achieve measurable results * Act as the primary escalation point for all HR\-related matters * Optimize HR systems to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and scalability **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required) * Master’s degree (preferred), such as an MBA or Master’s in Human Resource Management * CHRL, CHRE, or equivalent professional designation * 7–10 years of progressive experience in human resources * Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience * At least 3 years in a similar senior\-level HR role At Aplin — together with our brands CompuStaff, Impact Recruitment, and Vantix Systems — we connect great people with great organizations across North America.
