Role Description The Back Support Agent (Night Shift - English Speaking Required) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. In this position, the agent provides back-end support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate documentation of interactions. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer requests via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and escalating complex matters to appropriate teams. The agent is expected to follow established processes, maintain service quality standards, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction during night shift operations. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to performance metrics are key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on empathetic, solution-oriented service.
- Ability to provide Technical Support, including basic troubleshooting and clear guidance to customers.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Excellent Communication skills in English, both written and verbal, suitable for night shift support.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a contact center or similar environment.
- Comfort working night shifts on-site in Lahore and maintaining consistent performance during late hours.
- Proficiency with common computer applications, ticketing systems, and CRM tools.
- Minimum high school diploma; further education in business, IT, or communications is an advantage.
Salary Range: 50K to 100K
