Riphah International University seeks a dedicated Assistant Professor in Psychology with a strong foundation in psychological research and teaching. The ideal candidate possesses a Ph.D. in a relevant subject and has at least two years of experience in teaching or related non-teaching roles. This position involves delivering engaging lectures, guiding students in psychological theory and practice, and contributing to academic research within the university. The role does not require team management but demands collaboration with colleagues in curriculum development and scholarly activities.

The Assistant Professor actively participates in designing and updating course content, supervising student research projects, and applying advanced psychological assessment techniques. Proficiency in statistical software is crucial to support data analysis in research and help students grasp quantitative aspects of psychology. Responsibilities
