We’re expanding our frontline team to deliver unforgettable moments, one table at a time. **Role \& Responsibilities** * Deliver prompt, polite, and professional table service to guests in alignment with brand standards and operational flow. * Accurately take food \& beverage orders, relay to kitchen/bar staff, and ensure timely delivery and presentation. * Maintain immaculate cleanliness of dining areas, reset tables swiftly, and manage silverware, glassware, and linen inventory. * Address guest inquiries or concerns with tact and urgency, escalating as needed while preserving the brand’s reputation. * Operate POS systems for order entry, billing, and payment processing with high accuracy and minimal delays. * Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery during peak hours. **Skills \& Qualifications** * Must\-Have * Experience in full\-service restaurant or hotel dining environment * Proficiency in using POS systems (e.g., Micros, Aloha, or similar) * Strong verbal communication skills in English * Ability to multitask in high\-volume, fast\-paced settings * Knowledge of table service etiquette and order management protocols * Customer service orientation with a focus on hospitality and problem resolution * Preferred * Basic Arabic language skills * Familiarity with UAE hospitality standards or hotel chains * Experience serving international or fine\-dining clientele **Benefits \& Culture Highlights** * Competitive salary \+ tips \+ overtime eligibility * Opportunities for career growth within our expanding UAE operations * Supportive, inclusive team environment with regular training and feedback Skills: waiter,waitress,customer service,communication skills
