About The Opportunity A fast-growing logistics and import-export firm operating across the UAE, we specialize in end-to-end supply chain execution for retail, wholesale, and e-commerce clients. Our team manages high-volume inbound/outbound inventory with precision, ensuring seamless warehouse operations, compliance, and on-time delivery across the region. We’re expanding our on-site warehouse team and seeking an organized, detail-oriented Storekeeper to maintain operational excellence at our UAE facility.
Role \& Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes with 100% accuracy.
- Organize, label, and store inventory using FIFO/LIFO methods to optimize space and minimize stock loss.
- Maintain real-time stock records via ERP/WMS systems and perform scheduled cycle counts and physical audits.
- Prepare, verify, and dispatch outbound shipments with correct documentation, ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to flag low-stock items and reconcile discrepancies.
- Enforce warehouse safety protocols and ensure a clean, orderly, and compliant storage environment.
Skills \& Qualifications
- Must-Have:
- ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, TradeGecko)
- Inventory control techniques (FIFO, LIFO, cycle counting)
- Stock reconciliation and discrepancy reporting
- Barcode scanning and labeling systems
- Warehousing safety standards (OSHA or equivalent)
- Basic Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data entry)
- Preferred:
- Experience with UAE customs documentation for import/export goods
- Knowledge of pallet management and forklift operation (certification preferred)
- Familiarity with retail or e-commerce warehouse workflows
