Our client Flying Zone for Travels and Tours is looking for a Umrah Visa Processing Executive in Faisalabad Flying Zone for Travels and Tours is seeking an experienced Umrah Executive to manage the comprehensive processing of Umrah visas and coordinate pilgrimage logistics efficiently. This role demands meticulous attention to detail in passport data entry and deep expertise with the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah's digital platforms, including MASAR NUSK and its related automation processes. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless visa issuance, transportation scheduling, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Additionally, the Umrah Executive will oversee and guide a small team, fostering collaboration to maintain high standards and timely visa processing. The Umrah Executive is responsible for managing complex visa procedures, ensuring all traveler information is precisely verified to prevent application rejection, and integrating all logistics components to synchronize pilgrim movements from airports to accommodations. This position requires proactive problem\-solving skills to liaise with Saudi ground services and adapt quickly to any changes in ministry regulations or seasonal shifts in pilgrimage management. The role demands a commitment to accuracy, speed, and regulatory adherence to uphold the companys reputation and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Enter and manage passport information accurately in internal systems and external visa portals to ensure all traveler data matches official documents. * Process Umrah visa applications through the Nusuk (formerly Maqam) platform, issue e\-visas, handle group bookings, and monitor ongoing visa statuses efficiently. * Coordinate Tafweeg operations by scheduling transportation for pilgrims between Makkah, Madinah, and airports, ensuring data is uploaded correctly for fleet clearance. * Generate and manage Booking Reference Numbers (BRN) for hotels and transportation using authorized Global Distribution Systems (GDS). * Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah regulations, including insurance and health protocol requirements, ensuring full compliance. * Collaborate with Saudi ground handling companies and Umrah operators to resolve issues related to visa rejections or transportation delays promptly and effectively. * Lead and support a small team member to ensure smooth workflow, providing guidance and enforcing high accuracy standards throughout the visa and logistics processes. * Continuously monitor visa application turnaround times and strive for zero\-error rates in data entries to minimize rejections. * Synchronize transportation schedules with flight arrivals and hotel check\-ins to provide a seamless experience for pilgrims. * Anticipate seasonal regulatory changes and policy updates from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure continuous compliance and avoid penalties. * Utilize automation tools within MASAR NUSK processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors. * Prepare regular reports on application status, operational challenges, and performance indicators to senior management.
