The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data sorting, and ledger entries, and is comfortable working with Google Sheets. This role demands a strong ability to handle sensitive financial data with accuracy and efficiency while meeting strict deadlines. Effective communication skills are essential to coordinate group interactions and ensure seamless collaboration within the organization. The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing various operational tasks that support Flying Zone for Travels and Tours' business activities. This includes maintaining digital filing systems, monitoring social media or professional communication platforms such as WhatsApp and Telegram, and demonstrating high levels of attention to detail and integrity, especially concerning company payments and supplier information. The role requires a strong focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and organizational skills to ensure smooth and efficient office functions.
**Responsibilities**
* Perform accurate data entry of financial and operational information using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Maintain and update digital filing systems to ensure organized and easily accessible records.
* Handle sensitive financial data such as invoices, receipts, and ledger entries with high precision and confidentiality.
* Review and verify data for discrepancies, ensuring correctness in accounting and operational documentation.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and coordinate group interactions to support operational workflows.
* Manage multiple communication channels, including WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack, to facilitate professional group coordination.
* Meet strict deadlines by organizing tasks efficiently and prioritizing workload to maintain smooth office operations.
* Support office management activities, including basic accounting functions, to ensure daily business continuity.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail in processing payments, supplier information, and maintaining accurate financial records.
