Position Overview
The Training, Cultural Development \& Driver Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training, cultural development, and driver engagement initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence within the assigned market. The role ensures drivers are equipped with the required knowledge, skills, and behaviors while fostering a strong organizational culture that enhances driver productivity, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
*Training \& Development*
- Develop annual training strategies, plans, and budgets aligned with business objectives.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding, refresher, and upskilling programs for drivers.
- Assess training needs and identify skill gaps through performance analysis and business requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements where necessary.
- Ensure training programs comply with company standards, local regulations, and operational requirements.
- Manage training schedules, resources, trainers, and training facilities.
*Cultural Development*
- Develop and execute initiatives to promote the company's vision, mission, core values, and expected behaviors.
- Drive cultural transformation programs and employee engagement activities within the market.
- Collaborate with business leaders to embed company culture into daily operations and decision-making.
- Develop communication materials and campaigns that reinforce organizational culture and desired behaviors.
- Monitor cultural adoption and engagement levels through surveys, feedback, and performance indicators.
*Driver Engagement*
- Develop and implement driver engagement and retention programs to improve driver satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish regular communication channels with drivers to gather feedback, address concerns, and strengthen engagement.
- Design recognition and reward programs to encourage high performance and alignment with company values.
- Analyze driver engagement metrics and propose improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Operations and Driver Supply teams to improve driver experience throughout the driver lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Training \& Development, Learning \& Development, Employee Engagement, Culture Development, Operations Training, or related functions.
- Experience managing large frontline or field-based workforces is highly preferred.
- Experience in transportation, mobility, logistics, retail, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs and engagement initiatives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and coaching abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS) is preferred.
