Position Overview

As a Night Shift Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in keeping our nighttime operations running smoothly. Working alongside a dedicated night team, you will handle inquiries from both our end-users (Customer Support) and our taxi drivers (Driver Support).

The role involves guiding passengers and drivers through technical problems, offering critical assistance, and troubleshooting issues efficiently in real-time. Together with your night-shift colleagues, you will ensure high service quality and support throughout the night.

This position features night-time working hours,

Monday to Sunday between 23:00 and 07:00.

To support a healthy work-life balance for our night staff, this role offers a

ca.70% workload with 100% full-time compensation.

We offer a flexible setup where you can choose to work fully from home, from our Stockholm office or choose a hybrid setup depending on what’s suitable for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle night-time customer and driver inquiries, complaints, and support requests across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with your night team to resolve real-time issues related to taxi services, drivers, and night operations
  • Monitor and ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality during night hours
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and log incidents to ensure smooth handovers for the daytime operations and fleet teams
  • Ensure compliance with customer service standards, safety protocols, and company policies

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, support operations, or related fields
  • Previous experience working night shifts is a plus
  • Experience in taxi, transportation, mobility, or service industries is a plus
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging or stressful situations calmly and professionally
  • Able to work night shifts, including both weekdays and weekends
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
