Position Overview
As a
Customer Service Specialist
, you will play a key role in our daily operations. You will handle inquiries from both our end-users (Customer Support) and our taxi drivers (Driver Support). This means a varied everyday environment where you will handle customer inquiries, support operational issue resolution, and ensure a positive experience across our taxi service operations. The role involves working closely with both passengers and drivers by guiding them through technical problems, offering assistance and troubleshooting real-time issues while continuously collaborating with operations and fleet teams to maintain service quality and satisfaction.
This position features variable working hours, Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 23:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer and driver inquiries, complaints, and support requests across multiple channels
- Support issue resolution related to taxi services, drivers, and operations
- Monitor and ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to resolve escalated cases.
- Maintain accurate case documentation and reporting
- Support customer service improvement initiatives and operational procedures
- Ensure compliance with customer service standards and company policies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, support operations, or related fields
- Experience in taxi, transportation, mobility, or service industries is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Able to work both days and evenings, on weekdays and weekends in variable shifts
- Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
- Fluent in Swedish and English
