Structural Engineering

* Responsible for structural design process from concept through construction documentation. * Supervise and mentor a team of structural engineers and CAD/BIM technicians. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP, and construction engineers. * Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications. * Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards. * Conduct structural analysis using software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, or Revit. * Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Perform site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation and quality control. * Drive innovation in structural systems, materials, and sustainability practices * Actively participate in the construction administration process and resolve the technical queries of consultants and contractors. * Prepare Scope of Works (SoW), Division of Responsibility (DoR), BoQ (Bill of Quantities) etc for the projects. * Checking and approval of bills submitted by the vendors and consultants for payments.
