**Job Responsibilities :** * Demonstrated success in managing and delivering large\-scale projects * Manage and oversee all on\-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards * Develop and implement construction strategies to meet project timelines and budget constraints * Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals * Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays * Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and efficient project execution * Implement and enforce best practices in construction management, including risk mitigation and quality control * Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to drive innovation and continuous improvement * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes **Education Requirement :** Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering **Experience Requirement :** * 12 \- 18 years Construction experience. Preferably worked on major building projects with superior finishes elements. A minimum of 2 projects such as 5 star hotel, Hospitals / Club / Mall / Luxury Residences. * Overseas Experience is desirable **Skills \& Competencies :** **Skills** **Rating (1\-4\)** Knowledge of Materials / Sequencing / Protection of finished works 4 Knowledge of proper documentation of Construction along with billing / certification requirements 4 Understanding overall construction sequence and accordingly plan, coordinate and implement various activities taking care of various inter disciplinary interfaces 4 Knowledge in Construction technology \& Management, Codes and Standards 4 Interpretation of drawings pertaining to civil , mechanical, structural, electrical and instrumentation works 4
