About The Opportunity A fast-growing logistics and import-export firm operating across the UAE, we specialize in end-to-end supply chain management for consumer goods, industrial equipment, and retail merchandise. With a focus on precision, speed, and compliance, we serve regional distributors and global brands—requiring sharp, detail-oriented Storekeepers to maintain inventory integrity and support seamless warehouse operations at our UAE-based facility.
Role \& Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming goods using barcode/ERP systems, ensuring accurate documentation and storage placement.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with digital inventory records to maintain 99%+ accuracy.
- Prepare and issue materials for dispatch, label packages, and coordinate with logistics teams for timely outbound shipments.
- Organize and maintain warehouse layout for optimal space utilization and safety compliance (OSHA/ISO standards).
- Generate daily/weekly stock reports and alert management on low/overstocked items, expiry dates, or damaged goods.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, manage reorder points, and support warehouse automation initiatives.
Skills \& Qualifications
Must-Have
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Zoho Inventory)
- Barcode scanning \& warehouse management software
- Stock control \& cycle counting
- Inventory reconciliation
- Warehouse safety protocols
- Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP)
Preferred
- Experience with RFID or automated warehousing tools
- Basic knowledge of UAE customs documentation (for import/export goods)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
