Store keeper - MEP

We are looking for a reliable and experienced MEP Storekeeper to manage and control all store operations related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing materials. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP materials, inventory systems, and site coordination within the UAE construction sector. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming MEP materials and equipment. Maintain proper storage and handling of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC materials. Issue materials to site teams as per approved requisitions. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Maintain accurate inventory records (manual and ERP system). Conduct regular stock checks and audits. Coordinate with procurement and site engineers for material requirements. Ensure proper documentation of GRNs, delivery notes, and material requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area. Follow company safety standards and procedures. **Requirements:** Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Storekeeper in the UAE. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). Strong knowledge of MEP materials and construction processes. Familiarity with inventory management systems/ERP. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. **Preferred Skills:** Experience in construction or MEP contracting companies. Knowledge of material codes and specifications. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, ERP systems).
