Job Description
**Role Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead multi\-unit restaurant and catering operations. This role will report to senior leadership and will be responsible for driving strategy, operational excellence, and overall business performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Partner with leadership to shape and execute business strategy across dine\-in and catering functions, aligned with growth objectives
* Oversee daily operations across all outlets (front and back of house) and catering services, ensuring consistency and efficiency
* Implement and maintain quality standards related to food, service, hygiene, and presentation; conduct regular audits
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across dine\-in, takeaway, delivery, and event catering
* Manage budgets, monitor costs, and implement measures to improve profitability
* Lead and develop restaurant management teams; support hiring, performance management, and team engagement initiatives
* Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and customer engagement efforts
* Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to support continuous improvement and growth
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
* 10–12 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, including multi\-unit leadership
* Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and service standards
* Experience in business growth initiatives, operational improvements, or transformation projects
