Software Tester (QA Engineer

) to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our ERP system and business applications through comprehensive manual testing and quality assurance practices

.You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders to identify defects, validate business requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions

.Key Responsibilitie

sFunctional Testin

• gPerform comprehensive manual testing of ERP modules and business workflows
• .Validate software functionality against business and technical requirements
• .Test web and mobile applications for functionality, usability, and reliability
• .Verify forms, reports, dashboards, notifications, and approval workflows

.Test Planning \& Executio

• nDesign, prepare, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
• .Develop test plans for new features, enhancements, and system upgrades
• .Ensure complete test coverage across all business processes
• .Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release validation

.Bug Reporting \& Defect Managemen

• tIdentify, document, and report software defects with clear reproduction steps
• .Create detailed bug reports including screenshots, logs, and supporting evidence
• .Verify resolved issues and perform regression testing
• .Maintain defect tracking records and QA documentation

.Quality Assuranc

• eExecute Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT
• .Validate role-based access control and security permissions
• .Ensure application stability, usability, and compliance with quality standards
• .Support release sign-off by confirming production readiness

.Database Validatio

• nVerify data accuracy and integrity within MySQL databases
• .Cross-check database records with application outputs
• .Validate calculations, reports, and business data consistency

.Performance Testin

• gMonitor page response times and overall application performance
• .Evaluate system behavior under concurrent user activity
• .Identify and report performance bottlenecks for optimization

.Documentation \& Reportin

• gMaintain accurate testing documentation and execution records
• .Prepare daily, weekly, and release QA status reports
