Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is seeking highly motivated Manager – Compensation \& Benefits on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading player in the Insurance Sector.
𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 \& 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫
Location: Karachi
Experience: 8 – 10 Years of relevant experience
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Compensation \& Benefits function, ensuring effective and consistent C\&B practices across the organization.
- Develop and review salary structures, grades, pay ranges, allowances, incentives, and benefits to align with business goals.
- Lead the annual salary review, increment, and bonus processes, including budgeting and comprehensive management reporting.
- Conduct market salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
- Develop and maintain C\&B policies, guidelines, and governance frameworks to ensure transparency and compliance.
- Provide compensation insights and recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and critical retention cases.
- Manage and analyze HR costs, manpower costs, and compensation budgets.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Drive C\&B analytics and dashboards to support data-driven HR decisions.
- Continuously review benefits and reward practices to improve the employee value proposition while maintaining cost effectiveness.
Requirements:
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced Excel capability.
Data Visualization: Ability to develop and interpret HR/C\&B dashboards and analytics.
Partnership: Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
Integrity: High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Leadership: Ability to independently lead the C\&B function and advise senior management.
