Role Description The Site Design Civil Engineer with Storm Water \& Grading Expertise is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. This role is responsible for developing civil site designs, including grading plans, stormwater management systems, and associated infrastructure for healthcare-related and commercial projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design drawings and calculations, coordinating with internal teams to align site design with project requirements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations, standards, and best practices. The engineer will review site conditions, support planning and permitting activities, and collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective design solutions. The role also involves participation in design reviews, addressing technical queries, and supporting quality control across project documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, including knowledge of core civil engineering principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design for site development, grading, and infrastructure layout.
• Experience with Stormwater Management systems, including drainage design, runoff calculation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to perform Planning activities such as site layout, feasibility assessments, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Recognized qualification as a Civil Engineer, with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 2+ years of practical experience in site design, grading, and stormwater projects, preferably in an urban or commercial context.
• Competence with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar civil design tools).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to accuracy and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site engineering and project team environment.
