Role Description The Mobility Dialers for USA Campaign role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The individual in this role will handle outbound and inbound calls related to mobility and corporate relocation services for clients in the USA, ensuring accurate information gathering and efficient case handling. Daily responsibilities include engaging with customers and stakeholders, documenting interactions in internal systems, and coordinating with relevant teams to support global mobility processes. The role also involves following standardized scripts and guidelines, meeting call and quality targets, and maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism. Collaboration with colleagues, adherence to compliance requirements, and continuous improvement based on feedback are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge or experience in global mobility and corporate relocation processes, preferably supporting USA-based campaigns.
- Analytical skills to interpret client needs, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore on a full-time schedule and manage high call volumes efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and call center software.
- Previous experience in a call center, mobility, or relocation services environment is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
