**Your new role**
As the Sales Manager for the Vancouver (Port Coquitlam) branch, you will take on a high\-impact leadership role with full responsibility for driving sales performance and overseeing the site’s direct sales operations.
Key responsibilities include:
* Driving new business development and revenue growth
* Managing sales forecasting, budgets, and CRM reporting
* Coaching and developing a high\-performing sales team
* Engaging with mid\-market to enterprise clients, including senior stakeholders
* Leading weekly performance reviews and ongoing training
* Implementing sales strategies and launching new products
* Collaborating with broader regional and national teams
**What you’ll need to succeed**
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
* 5\+ years of experience in technology sales or a similar B2B product/service environment
* Proven experience managing and leading a sales team
* Strong track record in B2B sales growth and account development
* Ability to communicate effectively at the executive level
* Experience with sales forecasting, CRM tools, and performance reporting
* Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
* A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

* On\-target earnings (OTE): $140,000
