• Deliver undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral-level courses in Business Management.
• Lead curriculum design, academic planning, and program development.
• Conduct high-quality research and publish in HEC-recognized/indexed journals.
• Supervise MS/MPhil and PhD research students.
• Mentor faculty members and foster a culture of academic excellence.
• Lead funded research initiatives and establish industry and academic collaborations.
• Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and university governance activities.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 \& 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞

• PhD in Business Administration, Management Sciences, or a closely related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Minimum 15 years of post-PhD teaching, research, and academic leadership experience.
• Strong record of publications in HEC-recognized/indexed journals in accordance with the latest HEC criteria.
• Demonstrated experience in postgraduate research supervision, curriculum development, and academic administration.
