We're Hiring: Senior Manager HR \& Industrial Relations (IR)

📍 Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

🏭 Industry: Engineering Manufacturing

💰 Salary: PKR 300,000 – 350,000 + Benefits

Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of our client, a leading engineering manufacturing company, for the position of Senior Manager HR \& Industrial Relations (IR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Industrial Relations (IR) and labor management activities across the organization.
  • Develop and implement HR and IR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Handle union negotiations, Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) matters, collective bargaining agreements, grievance management, and dispute resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial relations regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, domestic inquiries, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Represent the organization in labor-related discussions and negotiations with unions and employee representatives.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Drive workforce planning, organizational development, and training programs.
  • Manage compensation \& benefits, HR policies, HR operations, and HRIS systems.
  • Liaise with labor departments, government authorities, EOBI, SESSI, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Promote a positive industrial climate and maintain harmonious employer-employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, including extensive exposure to Industrial Relations and labor management.

Must have hands-on experience dealing with Collective Bargaining Agents (CBA), union negotiations, and collective bargaining agreements.

  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan Labor Laws, Industrial Relations regulations, Standing Orders, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in handling unions, disciplinary processes, domestic inquiries, employee grievances, and dispute resolution.
  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or FMCG sectors will be preferred.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day workforce challenges.
