We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resource operations for a growing organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, strategic HR expertise, and the ability to drive employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development initiatives.

🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, EOBI, SESSI, insurance, and HR regulations
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
• Drive performance management systems and KPI-based appraisal cycles
• Lead employee engagement, recognition, and training initiatives
• Ensure accurate HR reporting including headcount, attrition, payroll, and training data
• Oversee HR process improvements, automation, and transformation projects
• Manage job descriptions, succession planning, and HR operational continuity
• Conduct background verification and reference checks for employees

🎓 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

✔ Proven experience in HR leadership role

✔ Healthcare industry experience will be highly preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience in HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management

✔ Ability to lead HR transformation and process improvement initiatives
