We deliver structured, process\-driven support to our clients through talent, communication, clear workflows, and a high\-accountability team environment. Role Overview We are seeking a high\-ownership HR Operations Manager to join our onsite team in Clifton, Karachi. This role transitions away from project delivery to focus primarily on the "people" and "administrative" engines of our firm. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead talent acquisition, manage the full employee lifecycle, and oversee critical office financial administration including billing and payroll. The ideal candidate is a proactive gatekeeper of company culture and operational efficiency. Position Details * Location: Clifton, Karachi * Work Arrangement: 100% In\-Office (No Remote/Hybrid) * Schedule: Monday – Friday, Night Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM) * Reports To: CEO * Compensation: Market Competitive (Based on Experience) **Responsibilities** * Lead and manage a team of five HR professionals to ensure effective execution of HR operations. * Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to align staffing needs with organizational objectives. * Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment. * Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions. * Coordinate talent acquisition activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. * Oversee payroll administration to guarantee accurate and timely salary payments. * Implement and maintain performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee productivity. * Identify and drive process improvement initiatives within HR operations to increase efficiency. * Analyze workforce data and generate reports to monitor HR metrics and support business decisions. * Manage time and attendance systems to track employee hours and absences effectively. * Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate HR department performance and alignment with business goals. * Apply business process management techniques to optimize HR workflows and increase service delivery quality. * Collaborate with financial and office administration teams to synchronize HR operations with overall business management. * Provide operational leadership by setting clear objectives, guiding team efforts, and ensuring adherence to organizational standards and policies.
