Our client Aquarius Hr is looking for a HR Generalist \- High\-Volume Recruitment Specialist in Karachi
Aquarius HR is seeking a proactive and results\-oriented HR Generalist / Recruiter to build and scale hiring operations in Pakistan for a fast\-growing call center operating in the dietary supplements (Nutra) industry. This role is ideal for a hands\-on specialist who can manage high\-volume recruitment while establishing simple and effective HR processes from scratch.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in mass hiring and is comfortable working with large candidate pipelines, ensuring a stable and consistent flow of candidates. They take full ownership of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and conversion.
This role requires a high level of independence and responsibility, as the HR Generalist will act as the sole HR in the region. In addition to recruitment, the candidate will be responsible for organizing onboarding, ensuring smooth employee starts, and maintaining basic HR processes, including attendance tracking and discipline management.
The position involves close collaboration with Sales and Logistics teams to ensure staffing levels meet business needs. A strong understanding of recruitment metrics such as time\-to\-hire and funnel conversion is essential, along with the ability to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment.
Experience in call centers, e\-commerce, delivery, or FMCG industries is highly desirable, especially in hiring blue\-collar roles such as operators or couriers. Familiarity with working as a sole HR and managing multiple priorities will be a strong advantage.
The successful candidate is highly organized, execution\-focused, and driven by results, with the ability to quickly adapt, solve problems, and build efficient hiring systems that support business growth.
**Responsibilities**
* Manage high\-volume recruitment processes, ensuring efficient and successful mass hiring campaigns to meet organizational staffing needs.
* Develop and maintain strong employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
* Coordinate comprehensive onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly and ensure they are well\-prepared to contribute effectively.
* Track and analyze hiring metrics such as time\-to\-hire and candidate conversion rates to optimize recruitment strategies and improve overall efficiency.
* Support performance management activities by assisting in the development and execution of appraisal processes, feedback mechanisms, and employee development plans.
* Collaborate with different departments to anticipate staffing requirements and economic conditions affecting talent acquisition.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies during recruitment, hiring, and employee relations activities.
* Maintain detailed and organized records throughout the hiring process and employee lifecycle.
* Continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes to enhance candidate experience and reduce turnover rates.
* Adapt quickly to changes and challenges in a fast\-paced work environment while maintaining high\-quality HR services.
