This role blends data science, engineering, and business problem\-solving. You will work on ambiguous challenges, build scalable solutions, and translate data into clear business decisions for both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. **Senior Data Scientist** 📍 **Location:** Södertälje, Sweden 💼 **Employment Type:** Fixed\-Term Contract 🏢 **Work Model:** Hybrid (3 days in office) **Key Responsibilities** * Develop models for usage, remaining useful life, residual value, pricing, lifecycle forecasting, and risk * Convert operational and business data into actionable insights * Define and document model assumptions, limitations, and uncertainty * Build prototypes, dashboards, APIs, and decision\-support tools * Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality and reliability * Productionize models using cloud services, APIs, scheduled jobs, and monitoring * Support business teams with data\-driven insights and recommendations * Drive clarity in ambiguous problem areas and deliver end\-to\-end solutions **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or related field **Must\-Have Skills** * Strong **Python** for data science, modeling, and production code * Strong **SQL/MySQL** skills * Experience building production\-ready analytics or ML solutions * End\-to\-end ownership from problem definition to deployment * Cloud experience (AWS or similar) * Ability to work with imperfect data and make sound assumptions * Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders **Nice to Have** * EV, battery analytics, telematics, or asset management experience * Pricing, forecasting, financial modeling, or risk analytics * AWS and MLOps (CI/CD, IaC, testing, monitoring) * Experience building dashboards, APIs, or internal tools **Mandatory Skills** * Python * Data Science (Python) * MySQL / SQL
