We are currently hiring for the following legal positions:
Role 1 1️⃣ Head of Legal
Location: Stanlow / London, UK
Experience: 12+ Years (PQE)
Key Requirements:
✔ Qualified Solicitor (England \& Wales)
✔ Extensive experience in Commercial Law, Contract Drafting \& Negotiation, Corporate Governance, Regulatory Compliance, and Risk Management
✔ Experience advising senior leadership and managing complex legal matters independently
✔ Exposure to Retail, Energy, Convenience Retail, Digital, or Property Law is advantageous
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary legal advisor to leadership.
- Lead legal support across commercial, operational, property, regulatory, and corporate matters.
- Oversee governance, compliance, legal risk management, and external counsel.
- Support Business Development, Operations, Digitalisation, HR, Finance, Procurement, and strategic initiatives.
Role 2 2️⃣ Legal Counsel
Location: Stanlow, UK
Experience: 3–8 Years (PQE preferred)
Key Requirements:
✔ Qualified Solicitor (England \& Wales), CILEx, or trainee-level qualified lawyer
✔ Experience in Commercial Contracts, Property Law, or Regulatory Compliance
✔ Strong drafting, contract review, and stakeholder management skills
✔ In-house legal experience is beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day legal support to Retail teams.
- Draft and negotiate dealer agreements, CLDO/COCO agreements, service contracts, NDAs, and MOUs.
- Support property and real estate matters, including leases, renewals, and due diligence.
- Assist with governance, compliance, dispute management, and coordination with external counsel.
