Fenzi Enterprises is looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team at our Rawalpindi office. This full\-time role involves maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed financial reports, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling various accounts while ensuring all financial activities comply with relevant regulations. You will play a crucial role in supporting financial decision\-making by analyzing data, assisting with budgeting, and contributing to auditing processes. The role includes managing a team of three, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in bookkeeping and financial reporting, especially using QuickBook online, coupled with a solid understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Excel. You should have knowledge of tax regulations, compliance requirements, and budgeting principles. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple financial Responsibilities
efficiently within deadlines are essential. A bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required, with professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA being highly valued. **Responsibilities**
* Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date financial records for the organization.
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
* Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly to verify accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
* Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets to support financial planning.
* Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
* Coordinate and assist during internal and external audits to ensure financial integrity.
* Lead and supervise a team of three accounting staff, providing direction, training, and performance evaluations.
* Implement and maintain accounting systems and software tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support organizational objectives.
* Manage cash flow by monitoring receipts and disbursements and forecasting financial needs.
* Prepare and file tax returns and ensure timely payment of taxes and other statutory obligations.
* Develop and recommend improvements for policies and procedures related to financial operations.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of financial data and proprietary information.
